One of the things that sticks out for me was his fun loving nature. Always willing to prank people and tease them. In the attached photo, not doing well in the heat, I was complaining about the sweat and sunscreen running into my eyes while tying boats into the truck. He offered to “rinse my eyes for me” in his most “helpful” way. I still laugh about that day, the water running over my face, sunscreen and sweat stinging my eyes with Bob telling me to make sure the knot was tied properly!
